We believe shopping for your child should feel simple and stress-free. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to support you.

Changed your mind?

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags and packaging intact.

Please note that all returned products will be safely discarded due to hygiene reasons. For this reason, we are unable to resell or restock any returned item, even if unused.

How to return or exchange

1. Email us at hello@nummiy.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
2. We will reply with the return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
4. Use any trackable courier service to send your parcel. Return shipping is at your own cost.
5. Once we receive your parcel, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days.

If you would like a different size or design, please place a new order at your convenience.

Refund details

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Delivery fees are not refundable unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order is incorrect or damaged

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and with care.
