Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags attached
- In the same condition as received
Due to hygiene considerations, all returned items are safely discarded and cannot be resold. We kindly ask that you only return items that meet the above conditions.

Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
Shipping fees are not refundable unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
Items That Arrived Damaged or Incorrect
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. We will arrange a replacement or full refund once the issue is verified.
